About The Position

The Campus Supervisor at Sandals Church Hunter Park serves as the operational and people-leadership backbone of the campus. By directly leading the campus operations team and managing critical organizational logistics, this role ensures that the staff remains healthy, growing, and strategically aligned, while freeing up the pastoral team to focus on high-value ministry tasks. The role's primary objective is to lead the campus operations team, steward the budget, keep staff informed and aligned, and ensure the operational engine (CCB, scheduling, Meeting Rhythms) runs at peak efficiency in service of the church's strategic priorities. This role also activates strategic priorities by keeping the staff team healthy and aligned to launch a new Saturday night service, ensuring the operational engine and budget support NextGen growth, and running the systems and metrics that track discipleship-group participation campus-wide.

  • Raise concerns proactively with the Campus Pastor.
  • Lead the HP Celebration Team for quarterly gatherings.
  • Manage staff birthdays, milestones, and the HPMD Staff Hub.
  • Identify stretch assignments and development opportunities for the Coordinator and other operations staff.
  • Manage the Campus Pastor's calendar.
  • Provide administrative support to the Campus Pastor.
  • Plan and execute HPLT and Engagement Team meetings.
  • Own agenda creation for meetings.
  • Track attendance for meetings.
  • Prioritize content for meetings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Central Team members.
  • Ensure HP goals and timelines are met.
  • Own the Hunter Park budget.
  • Track spending.
  • Maintain margin.
  • Communicate status updates with supervisors.
  • Manage all expense coding and approvals.
  • Own the majority of HP staff communication.
  • Send the weekly staff email.
  • Send the weekly all-campus email.
  • Partner with Youth and Kids Leads to execute logistical details for HP Camp.
  • Oversee all room and resource usage requests for the campus.
  • Manage the [email protected] email address.
  • Respond as needed to guests or the front office.
  • Oversee the staff and volunteer onboarding process.
  • Ensure interests are moved through the system efficiently.
  • Ensure all HP-related forms, processes, and queues in CCB are matched, automated correctly, and working efficiently.
  • Run metrics for the team as needed.
  • Evaluate campus health, staff health, and engagement levels.
  • Update and maintain the HP Tab of the Master Calendar.
  • Update and maintain the HPMD Google Calendar.
  • Update and maintain the Time Off Waterfall.
  • Update and maintain the CS Campus Directory.
  • Set the strategic plan for the OneServe strategy and Check-in events for major weekends like Easter and Christmas.
  • Coordinate with the Guest Experience Director and other ministry leads on execution.
  • Serve as the standing, cross-department supervisor for Sunday mornings.
  • Lead the campus-wide pre-service and post-service huddle.
  • Provide real-time problem-solving across tech, facilities, kids, and guest experience.
  • Coordinate appreciation efforts and gifts for special weekends (Easter/Christmas).
  • Maintain a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Maintain a consistent devotional life.
  • Model the Fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22–23) in character and leadership.
  • Protect the unity of the church.

  • Manage the Campus Pastor's calendar and provide administrative support.
  • Plan and execute HPLT and Engagement Team meetings, owning agenda creation, attendance tracking, and content prioritization.
