About The Position

This job is intended to provide an opportunity for the further growth and discipleship of students while serving summer ministries and churches. The role involves assisting and leading ministry programs, working with children and youth, and potentially providing pastoral care. Collaboration with fellow staff is essential.

Requirements

• Demonstrated student leader on campus.
• Willingness to work in indoor/outdoor environments.
• Must be enrolled at Campbellsville University at the time of application.
• Willing to commit to all scheduled obligations, even during the summer.

Responsibilities

• Assist and lead ministry programs in local and regional churches.
• Assist with ministry programs at local/regional camps.
• Lead small groups, Bible studies, and other various recreational activities.
• Work with children and youth.
• Organize and lead youth retreats, Bible studies, summer camps, outreach programs, and community service projects.
• Provide pastoral care and support to members of the congregation or community.
• Share personal beliefs and practices that align with Campbellsville University.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow CU Crew Summer staff.
