About The Position

Eagle Brook Church is seeking a Campus Ministry Coordinator to equip campus teams for success by providing administrative and weekend ministry support. This role acts as the campus expert on the church management system (Rock), maintaining database integrity and anticipating campus needs. The coordinator will offer a detail-oriented perspective and planning to support ministry strategy and operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Excellent time management and work prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, and develop volunteers
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Experience working in a church management system or similar database system

Responsibilities

  • Provides Rock support to campus team by entering and correcting data, conducting regular audits, training staff and volunteers on Rock usage, completing centrally assigned tasks, and assisting in troubleshooting issues.
  • Manages the volunteer background check process for current and prospective volunteers.
  • Provides support for Kids and Guest Experience ministry needs during weekend services by responding to volunteer questions, filing immediate needs, and supporting Sunday ministry needs when pastoral staff are absent.
  • Ensures weekend environments are ready by managing Kids Ministries curriculum and supplies, Guest Experience supplies, and retail inventory.
  • Recruits, develops, and oversees administrative volunteers to further support Eagle Brook Church and attendees.
  • Provides general support in volunteer onboarding, event planning and coordination, and inventory and ordering of supplies.
  • Assists attenders and volunteers looking to take a next step in ministry.
  • Completes Rock ministry tasks on behalf of other staff at the campus.
  • Provides coverage of some administrative tasks when there are critical open staff positions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
