About The Position

BRG is seeking a Campus Recruiting Manager dedicated to attracting and hiring students and recent graduates for the Economics, Disputes, and Investigations (EDI) Community. The Campus Recruiting Manager will also have ownership of our Summer Associate program that supports consistent development, engagement, and performance standards across all sub practices and offices. This role is responsible for building and sustaining a high-performing early-talent pipeline that supports EDI’s core practices including antitrust, labor and employment, consumer protection, product liability, securities, commercial disputes, and other analytical and expert driven markets. The Campus Recruiting Manager will represent EDI across universities, career centers, and academic departments, and will design strategies that strengthen our presence among top economics and accounting programs and related quantitative disciplines. This position will partner closely with EDI leadership to ensure alignment between recruiting strategy and business needs. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in-office presence at a larger BRG office like DC, NYC, or Boston.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum six (6+) years of experience in campus or early‑career recruiting within a litigation consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute multi‑school recruiting strategies informed by data, funnel analytics, and historical hiring trends.
  • Strong understanding of the early‑talent landscape including economics, business, STEM, and policy programs and how consulting firms compete for top students.
  • Experience developing and managing target school portfolios, virtual engagement strategies, and innovative sourcing approaches.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with faculty, career centers, student organizations, and external partners to strengthen employer brand presence.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to align recruiting strategy with business needs and influence decision making.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruiting cycles, events, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs including diversity outcomes, funnel performance, and offer acceptance trends.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to a strong internal culture and external community engagement through thoughtful sourcing, fair evaluation, and intentional outreach practices.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Jobvite, Greenhouse, or similar systems.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as Handshake, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or Yello.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to represent the firm at high‑visibility events and deliver compelling messages to students.
  • Experience training and managing campus ambassadors or consulting staff volunteers.
  • Travel required during peak recruiting seasons and work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the effectiveness of current EDI campus strategies and develop enhancements that reflect the hiring needs of antitrust and other economics and/or accounting-focused practices.
  • Collaborates with the EDI Recruiting Committee to support and align recruiting activities and initiatives.
  • Actively engage with economics departments, liberal arts schools, and quantitative programs to expand EDI’s reach and recognition for analytical and research roles.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the campus recruiting landscape and historical EDI recruiting data to determine the appropriate mix of target schools, sourcing channels, and posting strategies that attract high quality and diverse candidates.
  • Partner with EDI leadership and internal stakeholders to create and communicate clear project plans for each recruiting cycle and maintain consistent updates on progress and milestones.
  • Build KPIs and metrics specific to EDI hiring needs, including offer acceptance trends, funnel performance, and diversity outcomes.
  • In partnership with the Culture & Community Engagement Manager, develop toolkits and best practices that strengthen the diversity of the EDI campus pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design early career branding and social media strategies that highlight EDI’s work, culture, and career pathways.
  • Partner with EDI Practice Group Leaders and experts to identify and train Campus Ambassadors who will represent the practice at university events and information sessions.
  • Host in-house career days, case workshops, and technical skill sessions tailored to students interested in economic consulting and expert services.
  • Build and maintain a communication calendar that aligns EDI leadership, ambassadors, and recruiting partners throughout the cycle.
  • Partner with the lateral recruiter to support and enhance the PhD recruiting program, including outreach to top economics doctoral programs and coordination with faculty and research groups.
  • Manage the EDI campus recruiting calendar and budget including travel, events, and vendor relationships.
  • Provide leadership to the Campus Recruiting team by developing team members, establishing objectives, and overseeing work efforts that support EDI’s business goals and long-term talent strategy.
