Campus Maintenance Specialist
About The Position
Provides necessary maintenance in performing general carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and painting. The successful applicant will operate and use various hand and power tools and equipment necessary to complete assignments. This role also involves maintaining tools and equipment in good condition, cleaning work areas, and picking up materials and supplies from the warehouse or storeroom. Additionally, the position requires operating a motor vehicle in the performance of job duties and performing other related duties as assigned. A valid driver's license is required to operate a motor vehicle.
