About The Position

High Jump is seeking Campus Interns to assist staff with general office duties across three campuses: University of Chicago Lab Schools, Latin School of Chicago, and Francis W. Parker. The role involves supporting daily operations, including attendance tracking, meal counts, arrival/dismissal coordination, and communication with families. Interns may occasionally cover for absent TAs. This is a temporary, part-time position with specific working hours and dates throughout the academic year, including a mandatory professional development day.

Requirements

• Must be High Jump Alumni
• Must be 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Assisting the staff with general office duties
• Attendance follow up with TAs
• ISBE breakfast and lunch count
• Arrival and dismissal coordination and support
• Communication with families of absent students
• Occasionally covering for an absent TA
