Nevada State University invites applications for the position of Campus Infrastructure Senior Manager. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Campus Infrastructure, the Campus Infrastructure Senior Manager plans, manages, and delivers a wide variety of capital improvement, renovation, deferred maintenance, and infrastructure projects that support the University's strategic goals and long-term campus development. The Campus Infrastructure Senior Manager oversees project planning, programming, design, procurement, construction, occupancy, and project closeout activities while coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, campus stakeholders, and executive leadership. The position is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. In addition, the Campus Infrastructure Senior Manager supports deferred maintenance planning, facility condition assessments, infrastructure renewal initiatives, facilities compliance activities, and oversight of outsourced facilities management services. The position also provides leadership, mentorship, and professional development to the Campus Infrastructure Coordinator and other assigned staff while fostering a collaborative and customer-service-oriented work environment.
