About The Position

The Sioux Falls area is one of the fastest-growing cities in America. By 2031, we hope to reach 5% of Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities for Jesus. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) where the Campus Coordinator will communicate the vision & values of Embrace Work under the supervision of the Campus Pastor to implement and execute ministry strategy. The role involves leading volunteers to develop leaders and multiply volunteers, finding, recruiting, and equipping small group leaders, and ensuring an excellent small group experience for attenders from sign-up through participation. Additionally, the coordinator will help ensure the excellence of environments on Sunday mornings and during the week. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

Communicate the vision & values of Embrace Work under supervision of the Campus Pastor to implement and execute ministry strategy
Lead volunteers in order to develop leaders and multiply volunteers

Responsible for an excellent small group experience for attenders from the time they sign up through participating in a group
Help to ensure excellence of environments on Sunday mornings and during the week
