About The Position

Clearsulting is seeking a Campus Consulting Analyst to join their dynamic consulting engagements. This role involves supporting project teams in delivering high-impact client engagements across various areas such as finance transformation, process improvement, technology enablement, data analytics, and organizational change. The analyst will help clients solve complex business challenges by managing project plans, tracking milestones, identifying risks, coordinating communications, and driving successful project outcomes. The position also involves collaborating with team members, assisting in developing executive-level presentations, performing primary research, utilizing statistical tools for data analysis, and engaging in internal projects for learning and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree to be completed by December 202 or May 2027
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Authorized to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Dive into dynamic consulting engagements spanning finance transformation, process improvement, technology enablement, data analytics, and organizational change to help clients solve complex business challenges.
  • Support project teams in delivering high-impact client engagements by managing project plans, tracking milestones, identifying risks, coordinating communications, and helping drive successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members across all levels to support client meetings, workshops, and project deliverables while building professional consulting skills.
  • Assist in developing executive-level presentations that translate complex issues into clear recommendations across processes, systems, and people.
  • Perform primary research to uncover issues, identify gaps, and design innovative solutions for challenging client problems.
  • Utilize cutting-edge statistical tools and software to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Engage in internal projects that offer opportunities for learning and personal growth.
