About The Position

We're seeking a motivated and service-focused Campus Connect Supervisor at our Pierremont Branch in Shreveport to lead our Interactive Teller team and help deliver exceptional member experiences through innovative virtual banking solutions. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Campus Connect department, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, effective leader, and passionate advocate for both member service and employee success.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of three years of experience in a financial institution preferred.
Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
Strong understanding of teller operations, member service, and financial institution procedures.
Experience coaching and developing employees to achieve performance goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and implement improvements.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service excellence.
Proficiency with technology and systems used to support virtual banking and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Interactive Tellers to deliver exceptional member service and achieve departmental objectives.
Establish performance expectations and hold team members accountable for service, quality, productivity, and operational goals.
Monitor service levels and member interactions to ensure a consistently positive member experience.
Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, service quality, and team effectiveness.
Oversee daily Interactive Teller operations, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
Review operational reports and transaction activity to maintain balancing integrity and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.
Communicate policy updates, procedural changes, and organizational initiatives effectively to team members.
Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
Handle escalated member concerns and complex transaction issues while supporting positive outcomes.
Coordinate staffing schedules and workload distribution to ensure appropriate coverage and service levels.
Conduct team meetings, onboard and train new employees, and support ongoing employee development.
Prepare and review performance reports to support departmental planning and organizational goals.
