Perform the management, accounting, disbursements, and reporting functions related to school business. This role involves placing orders, making purchases, collecting and distributing mail, completing approval duties for bills, recording financial transactions, issuing receipts, making timely bank deposits, reconciling various payment systems, maintaining supplies, preparing requisitions, requesting change orders, distributing purchase orders, accounting for returned funds and tickets, helping to maintain a positive school image, submitting employee reimbursements, answering finance-related questions, and performing other school-related secretarial duties as assigned. These tasks are to be maintained at up to two school locations.
