About The Position

Martinsville Speedway is looking for part-time, campground event staff for NASCAR and other events throughout the year. This role involves assisting campground hosts with checking in campers, helping them locate their sites, and providing general assistance during race weekends. The staff will be the first point of contact for camper questions and will need to provide exceptional customer service, develop a working knowledge of Martinsville Speedway policies and procedures, and answer or direct guest inquiries regarding directions, facility information, and parking.

Reliable transportation to and from Martinsville Speedway.

Responsibilities

Assist Campground hosts with checking in campers leading up to race weekend.
Assist campers with locating sites to park on, to find their reserved site, or assist in any way campers need during race week and through the weekend.
Provide exceptional customer service while assisting campers.
Develop a working knowledge of Martinsville Speedway policies, procedures and general event information.
Answer questions or direct guests in the proper direction as the first line for camper questions.
Assist guests with questions regarding directions, information about the facility and parking assistance.
Assist with other duties assigned by management.
