About The Position

The purpose of this position is to provide administrative and customer service support to Space Camp operations. This role involves answering customer phone calls, providing information, and escalating concerns. It also includes creating and maintaining administrative paperwork, supporting the check-in/check-out process for Space Camp programs, and performing data collection and report formatting. Other duties may be assigned as prescribed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to use a 101-key keyboard and possess knowledge of DOS and Windows-based operating systems.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft WORD and Excel.
  • Must be eligible for employment in the United States of America.
  • Must be 18 or older.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of work experience in an administrative position or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Answering Space Camp customer phone calls, providing information/escalating customer concerns.
  • Creating and maintaining Camp administrative paperwork.
  • Supporting the Space Camp programs check-in/check-out process.
  • Data collection and report formatting.
  • Other duties as prescribed.
