Campaigns Manager

HalterBoulder, CO
$96,000 - $123,000

About The Position

We're looking for a Campaign Manager who's great at doing one thing above all else: turning a commercial goal into a campaign that actually moves it, and knowing whether it worked. This role runs campaigns for both new customer acquisition and existing-customer growth and retention (think seasonal calving packs, adoption pushes) and both matter equally. A campaign that wins a new farmer and a campaign that stops an existing one churning are graded on the same bar: did it move the number it was built to move. You'll brief and work with our Content Specialist for the words and stories inside each campaign, and with our internal media/design team and freelancers for how it looks - your job is the campaign itself: the plan, the targeting, the sequencing, the channels, and the read on whether it's working. You'll also work closely with our global Performance Marketing team, who own paid spend and channel strategy centrally. You don't set the budget or the platform strategy, but you're the person in-region making sure paid and organic activity is actually aligned with what's happening on the ground in region, and feeding data back so global spend decisions are informed by your regional reality, not made blind.

Requirements

  • Genuinely data-driven: You default to what the numbers say over what feels right. You can build a simple view of how a campaign performed - response, pipeline, retention/expansion impact - and you use it to change what you do next, not just to report backward.
  • Full-funnel minded: You care as much about an existing customer expanding or staying as you do about a new one signing up, and you can hold both without treating one as more "real" marketing than the other.
  • A confident cross-functional operator: You're comfortable bringing data and a point of view into a conversation with Global Performance Marketing, even though you don't own the budget - you influence with evidence, not by operating from gut feel.
  • Organised and self-directed: You can run multiple campaigns at different stages at once without things slipping, and you know when to escalate versus solve it yourself.
  • Keen to learn and grow: You're building a career, and you want the range - new acquisition and existing-customer content, multiple formats, real commercial context. There's a genuine path to grow into a senior content role as you build that range.

Responsibilities

  • Running campaigns end to end: You'll plan, launch, and manage campaigns for new acquisition and existing-customer growth/retention, defining the goal, the audience, the sequencing across channels, and the timeline, from brief through to results review.
  • Working with data, not just gut feel: You'll track campaign performance closely: response rates, pipeline sourced or influenced, expansion/retention impact for existing-customer campaigns, and use that data to adjust mid-campaign and to decide what gets built next. You'll be expected to know your numbers cold, and explain what they mean, not just report them.
  • Informing paid and organic spend: You won't own the paid budget, but you'll work closely with Global Performance Marketing, sharing what's happening on the ground in AU (seasonal timing, event calendar, what's converting and what isn't) so paid and organic investment decisions reflect regional reality. You'll be expected to bring data to that conversation, not just requests.
  • Briefing content and creative: You'll brief the Content Specialist on what each campaign needs and why, and work with media/design and freelancers on visual execution — you own the strategy and the brief, they own the craft.
  • Balancing new and existing customer campaigns: You'll run acquisition campaigns and existing-customer campaigns side by side, and be able to make the case for how you're prioritizing between them based on where the data says the opportunity is.

Benefits

  • $1,000 personal growth fund
