About The Position

Rhino Media is growing and adding to its retail team. This is a face-to-face, customer-focused role where you’ll help shoppers understand their options, answer questions, and deliver a strong overall experience. The role is designed to help recent grads or those looking to transition into a people-focused career build momentum quickly. The company partners with major telecommunications brands to represent their products inside high-traffic retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T products and services inside retail environments
• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable way
• Identify customer needs and provide simple, effective solutions
• Assist with product explanations, promotions, and service options
• Support the team in executing in-store marketing and promotional campaigns
• Maintain a positive, high-energy presence throughout your shift
