The Campaign Manager will be the connective tissue that keeps the campaign organized, energized, and moving forward. The Campaign Project Manager will play a central role in coordinating and driving the success of Feeding San Diego’s multi-year $50 million Capital Campaign. This position is responsible for managing the campaign’s day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment between staff, board members, campaign volunteers, and external partners. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive project manager who thrives in a mission-driven environment and can keep a complex, high-stakes campaign moving forward with clarity and precision. This role does not focus on frontline fundraising or solicitation; instead, it ensures the infrastructure, systems, and coordination needed for campaign success.
