Campaign Operations Coordinator

$76,000 - $95,000Remote

About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Campaign Operations Coordinator to keep our marketing team running smoothly. This role owns the day-to-day execution that turns campaign ideas into live, measurable programs. You’ll build landing pages, ship email campaigns, manage a newsletter that goes to 500,000+ subscribers, coordinate webinars across departments, and keep our marketing operations and CRM tooling working. We need someone who is process-driven, comfortable with marketing technology, and motivated to get campaigns out the door. This is a great role for someone early in their marketing career who wants to build deep operational expertise across a modern GTM stack.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing operations, campaign management, demand generation, or email marketing role, ideally at a B2B technology company.
  • Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform and CRM such as HubSpot and Salesforce, including building emails, forms, landing pages, lists, and workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and a QA mindset — you catch broken links, mis-segmented sends, and tracking gaps before they go live.
  • Comfort working with audience segmentation, list hygiene, and email deliverability fundamentals, especially at large send volumes.
  • Solid organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other teams to keep multi-stakeholder programs (like webinars) on track.
  • Basic reporting and analytics literacy — comfortable pulling campaign metrics and translating them into clear, actionable summaries.
  • Self-starter who can own recurring operational work independently and reliably from start to finish.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to developers or working at B2B SaaS or cloud companies.
  • Experience with LLMs and how we can use AI to up-level our day-to-day operational work
  • Familiarity with enrichment, data, or ABM tooling (e.g., Clay) and analytics tools (e.g., Looker).
  • HTML/CSS skills for troubleshooting email and landing page templates.
  • Experience managing high-volume newsletter or lifecycle/nurture programs.
  • An affinity for learning complex, highly technical products and strong technical aptitude generally.

Responsibilities

  • Landing page creation. Build, QA, and publish landing pages for campaigns, events, and content offers, ensuring forms, tracking, and CRM sync are working correctly before launch.
  • Email campaign execution. Write, build, test, and send email campaigns end to end, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, deliverability checks, and scheduling.
  • Newsletter management. Own the production and delivery of our recurring newsletter to an audience of 500,000+ recipients, managing list health, segmentation, send timing, and post-send reporting.
  • Marketing operations & CRM support. Manage ongoing operational tasks across our marketing automation and CRM platforms, including list management, lead routing support, form and workflow maintenance, and data hygiene.
  • Webinar coordination. Coordinate webinar logistics across marketing and other departments, including registration setup, reminder and follow-up sequences, platform configuration, and post-event lead handoff.
  • Reporting & analysis. Pull and maintain basic reporting on email and nurture campaign performance (opens, clicks, conversions, pipeline influence), surfacing insights and flagging anomalies to the broader team.
  • Process & documentation. Build and maintain repeatable processes and documentation so campaigns launch consistently and the team can scale execution without sacrificing quality.

Benefits

  • An inclusive, flexible environment where you can be your authentic self.
  • A competitive total compensation package. This includes a base salary, an equity incentive plan and variable commission (for quota-based roles).
  • Comprehensive group benefits with no waiting period. Take advantage of coverage for health, vision, dental, and more for you and your family!
  • Remote first company—most of our teams work fully remotely. Enjoy a change of scenery wherever you can get wifi, participate in virtual and in-person social events, and leverage our corporate co-working program to visit WeWork (or other similar spaces near you).
  • Employer-funded retirement contributions. Tailscale will match your retirement contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to a maximum annual employer contribution equal to 0.75% of your eligible compensation.
  • Connect with other Tailscalars IRL. Attend our annual company retreat, participate in team off-sites, and collaborate in person with teammates across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Singapore. We support intentional in-person connection through team travel and distributed collaboration.
  • Support for your personal and professional development. Grow your career thoughtfully with $1500 USD annually for professional development, or take advantage of mentorship, coaching, and internal promotion opportunities.
  • Paid time off and a healthy work-life integration. Our flexible, paid time off program supports you for any situation life throws your way, whether moving homes or travelling the world!
  • A build-your-own home office setup. You choose your own company-owned laptop (Mac or PC), receive a monthly home internet reimbursement, and $500 USD to customize your workstation to make it your own.
  • Paid parental leave program. We care about your life outside of work and encourage new parents to take advantage of parental leave top-ups (20 weeks for birthing parents, 16 weeks for non-birthing parents).
