About The Position

The Campaign Marketing Specialist supports the execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth. Partnering closely with campaign managers, sales, and marketing operations, the individual helps plan, launch, and measure multi-channel demand generation initiatives, including webinars, outbound campaigns, and ABM programs, while developing content and strategies to improve lead conversion. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, data-driven marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment. They balance creativity with analytical thinking, using insights to continuously optimize performance, align with sales priorities, and deliver high-quality campaigns that drive measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing campaign/demand generation role, preferably in SaaS, B2B tech.
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns against measurable goals.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
  • Creative thinker, but highly organized, detail-oriented and data-driven.
  • Self-motivated and self-managed: able to think independently, get feedback and find solutions.
  • Highly collaborative, initiative-taking, and able to consistently meet deadlines
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo (or other email marketing platform), 6Sense & Outreach a plus but not critical

Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.
  • Contribute to the planning, executing and measuring of lead generation campaigns and webinars for Tipalti
  • Help develop content to support lead generation campaigns.
  • Assist with data, reports, and insights on an as-needed basis to support various marketing and sales initiatives and track campaign performance
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure marketing leads are followed up on effectively to optimize lead conversion
  • Support campaign managers in executing, measuring and optimizing campaigns
  • Contribute to the planning of new campaigns, helping campaign managers identify the audience segments to target and the best channels to reach them
  • Partner with marketing operations to set up KPI tracking and reporting across programmes and channels.
  • Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.
  • Create outbound email sequences in collaboration with sales to effectively engage with high and low intent leads
  • Supporting the local marketing team running in-person and virtual events
  • Write, test, and optimize landing page and email copy for outbound campaigns.
  • Help create, test and optimize ABM programs to drive engagement amongst our ICP
