You are the customer’s main point of contact after they purchase their order, all the way until completion. This includes being the liaison point between the customer and our design team, mailing list experts, and our printing and mailing area teams, as well. This is a fast-paced position and requires a lot of multi-tasking and decision making. The Campaign Coordinators must be detail-oriented and organized to ensure the client’s deadlines are met. This position is responsible for ensuring that the customer is serviced perfectly and is very happy with their order! Ultimately, we strive for flawless, 5-star customer service.

Requirements

Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in customer service roles.
Ability to type with speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook & Excel.
Ability to navigate the computer system and e-mail system once trained.
Positive outlook that can be felt by our customers and our co-workers.

Responsibilities

Serve as the customer's main point of contact after order purchase until completion.
