At East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP), your work goes beyond the classroom—it directly strengthens communities and expands opportunity for children and families who need it most. As part of our mission-driven team, you’ll help create engaging, supportive, and enriching environments where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We value collaboration, adaptability, and a passion for impact, offering you the chance to work alongside dedicated educators and community leaders who are committed to equity and excellence. If you're energized by meaningful work, a strong team culture, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference during the summer months, EBCAP is the place to do it. The Camp Lead Teacher FLOAT ensures continuity of high-quality summer programming by delivering engaging, standards-aligned literacy, math, and enrichment activities across classrooms. This role advances student engagement and learning outcomes by implementing inquiry-based, theme-driven instruction and maintaining consistent classroom structure in the absence of Lead Teachers. The position requires adaptability, strong instructional delivery, and the ability to respond to varying student needs while maintaining program quality and safety standards, including participation in weekly on-site water activities.
