About The Position
The Family Support Services Coordinator & Camp Director is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and growth of The Arc Gloucester's Family Support Services programs, including Camp Sun 'N Fun, respite weekends, the Sunshine Inn Respite Home, family support activities, and utilization of the Sunshine Inn property. This position provides leadership to seasonal and year-round staff while ensuring high-quality services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. The Family Support Services Coordinator & Camp Director oversees camp operations, respite programming, admissions and family communication, staff recruitment and supervision, property usage, community outreach, tours, regulatory compliance, and program development.
