The Camp Counselor [B] will support the supervision, safety, and engagement of students participating in the Goucher College Summer Enrichment Program residential experience. This role focuses on providing mentorship, community building, and structured supervision within the residence halls while also assisting with program activities and student support. Under the direct supervision of the Program Director and Lead Counselors, Overnight Counselors will live in the residence halls and serve as a primary point of contact for students during evening and overnight hours. Counselors will help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive residential environment while facilitating community-building activities and ensuring students follow program expectations. This position offers hands-on experience in student supervision, residential life, youth mentorship, and program support within a college-based summer enrichment program. The role closely mirrors responsibilities of a Resident Assistant, providing valuable experience in student development, leadership, and residential community management.
