About The Position

The Camp Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the successful planning, execution, and evaluation of educational camp programs. Requirements

• Previous experience in camp coordination or a similar role, with a strong understanding of educational programming.
• Age 15-30
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Creativity

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children and youth in an educational or recreational setting.
• Sports background / experience
• First Aid and CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement camp programs that meet educational objectives and cater to the diverse interests of campers.
• Supervise and train camp staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling activities, overseeing logistics, and maintaining camp facilities.
