About The Position

Angels Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring Camp Coaches & Counselors for our youth camp at Dovecreek Park in Irvine, CA. We're looking for energetic, positive individuals who enjoy working with children and want to make a difference while spending the week outdoors. This position is for one camp session only: August 10–14, 2026. The camp runs Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:15 PM.

Requirements

• Must be available August 10–14, 2026
• Reliable transportation to Dovecreek Park in Irvine
• Ability to work outdoors throughout the day
• Ability to pass a background screening

• Baseball or softball players
• Coaches of any sport
• Camp counselors
• Physical education, recreation, or education majors
• Positive, dependable, and energetic individuals who enjoy working with children
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise campers throughout the day
• Lead baseball and softball drills, games, and activities
• Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging camp environment
• Help campers improve their skills while having fun
• Work closely with fellow coaches and the Site Director
