Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- Favorable background check required
Nice To Haves
- Good understanding of LAN and WAN, network switches, IP Address schemes and troubleshooting skills to diagnose network communication issues
- Ability to read, understand and analyze architectural blueprints and electrical schematics
Responsibilities
- Installation of sophisticated systems including Brivo, Exacq,Vision, AiPhone, & Honeywell
- Develops and maintains B-Tech Fire & Security access/intrusion systems and field devices
- Responsible for wiring termination and system programming
- Maintains vendor/contractor relationships and ensures the quality of service provided
- Good understanding of LAN and WAN, network switches, IP Address schemes and troubleshooting skills to diagnose network communication issues
- Ability to read, understand and analyze architectural blueprints and electrical schematics
- Performs advanced support functions
- Communicate in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service
- Possess a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Work on other technical systems or projects as needed, such as, fire/life safety systems, CCTV and intercom systems
