UHP — Unlock Human Potential is building a new category of education centered around whole-human experiential vocational training, leadership development, and purpose-driven transformation. UHP serves veterans, transitioning service members, and purpose-driven individuals through immersive programs that integrate human performance, leadership, wellness, vocational skills, and personal growth. Our environment is fast-moving, mission-driven, and deeply experiential. We are not a traditional university, gym, military program, or trade school — we are building a scalable human development institution designed for the future workforce. UHP is seeking a skilled Camera Operator / Editor to capture authentic, visually compelling content across our veteran-focused programs, campus, and special projects. This is a boots-on-the-ground production role with a primary emphasis on filming. The Camera Operator / Editor will document live classroom instruction, hands-on training, campus life, interviews, events, and unscripted moments that demonstrate the real impact of UHP’s mission. The right person will bring more than technical camera skills. They will understand documentary-style storytelling, recognize meaningful moments as they happen, and know how to capture the footage needed to build a compelling story. Editing will not be the primary responsibility, but this person should have a strong understanding of post-production workflows and be capable of assembling footage and supporting editing projects when needed. The content captured will support marketing, admissions, curriculum development, internal communications, and long-form storytelling.
