About The Position

We are seeking a Calypso Developer / Technology Lead with a strong background in Capital Markets to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Calypso applications and integrations, with a focus on Front Office functionalities. You will be instrumental in supporting Calypso upgrades, enhancements, system integrations, and production support. The position requires close collaboration with various teams, including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and QA, to ensure the delivery of business requirements. You will also be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting application issues, participating in Agile development processes and DevOps practices, and managing application deployments and release activities. A key aspect of this role is working closely with business users and stakeholders to understand their needs and drive technical discussions, ensuring high-quality delivery of Capital Markets solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Calypso development experience (Version 18+ preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with Calypso platform implementation and customization.
• Good understanding of Capital Markets and Trading Systems.
• Experience with financial instruments such as: Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange (FX).
• Experience with Oracle/Sybase databases.
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE development.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
