About The Position

The Call Summary Editor plays a key role in the delivery of IANS' call summary product. In this role, you will edit AI-generated summaries of conversations between IANS cybersecurity experts and clients to ensure clarity, correctness, and complete anonymization. The summaries are for both client delivery and our online platform. A critical aspect of this role is meeting our 48-hour Service Level Agreement (SLA) for summary delivery. Success in this position requires an interest in the cybersecurity industry, the ability to research technologies and vendor names for accurate presentation, and strong editing skills for clarity and readability.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word required.
• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
