About The Position
This position serves as a main switchboard telephone operator for Piedmont Athens Regional, the Piedmont Athens Regional Physician Answering Service, emergent public broadcasting within the main facility, and Public Safety dispatch.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of previous call center, operator, dispatching, or related office experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a main switchboard telephone operator for Piedmont Athens Regional.
- Handle calls for the Piedmont Athens Regional Physician Answering Service.
- Support emergent public broadcasting within the main facility.
- Perform Public Safety dispatch.
