About The Position

You will be a part of the Turkish-speaking Call Centre team, responsible for delivering high-quality customer service of our product for the Turkish market. Requirements

  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in the Turkish language
  • Demonstrates accuracy, diligence, attention to detail, and organisational skills
  • Flexible availability for working hours and shift schedules
  • Quick learner who can memorise scripts and adapt them when issues arise during a call

Nice To Haves

  • A good command of the English language is desirable (not necessarily)
  • Previous experience in call centre positions, as well, can be considered a sales agent's and a VIP agent's experience
