These roles include HomeCare Sales Specialist I, Intake Specialist I, Onboarding Specialist I, Care Support Specialist I, and Field Onboarding Specialist I. Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills, including handling difficult situations, empathy, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume inbound and outbound queue.
  • Passion for providing a high level of customer service, including empathy, active listening, and patience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good listening skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to solve problems and stay calm under pressure.
  • Ability to resolve issues over the telephone with eager customers, defusing and de-escalating frustrated callers.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Must be able to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Computer proficiency required.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Ability to leverage technology and resolve customer issues efficiently while notetaking/multitasking.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Connect and engage with people interested in home care support.
  • Educate and assist patients and caregivers on application and enrollment processes for supported programs.
  • Guide patients and caregivers through the onboarding process, including conducting virtual or in-person orientations.
  • Guide patients and caregivers through their home care journey, ensuring patients receive necessary care and feel supported.
  • Conduct in-person orientations in patients' homes and travel constantly within the designated area (for Field Onboarding Specialist I).
