These roles include HomeCare Sales Specialist I, Intake Specialist I, Onboarding Specialist I, Care Support Specialist I, and Field Onboarding Specialist I. Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills, including handling difficult situations, empathy, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume inbound and outbound queue.
  • Passion for providing a high level of customer service, showing empathy, active listening, and patience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide empathy and compassion.
  • Good listening skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to solve problems and remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to resolve issues over the telephone with customers, defusing and de-escalating frustrated callers.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Computer proficiency required.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Ability to leverage technology and resolve customer issues efficiently while notetaking/multitasking.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Connect and engage with people interested in home care support for themselves or a loved one (HomeCare Sales Specialist I).
  • Educate and assist Patients and Caregivers on the application and enrollment process for supported programs, aiming to complete eligibility and onboarding (Intake Specialist I).
  • Guide patients and caregivers through the onboarding process, conducting virtual or in-person orientations (Onboarding Specialist I).
  • Guide patients and caregivers through their home care journey, ensuring patients receive necessary care and feel heard (Care Support Specialist I).
  • Guide patients and caregivers through the onboarding process, conducting in-person orientations in patients' homes and traveling constantly within the designated area (Field Onboarding Specialist I).
