Responsibilities
- Answer calls, emails, and chats, providing prompt and accurate service to clients.
- Assist clients with promotions, coupon conversions, transaction history, how to play, account creation, geolocation, KYC, the mobile app, and second-chance entries.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action.
- Promote and enhance excellent customer relations.
