About The Position

This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, leading a team of marketing professionals, and ensuring performance and compliance. The Call Center Staff Manager will work closely with the Marketing Director to align departmental initiatives and support strategic planning. Key responsibilities include market research, brand development, multi-channel campaign execution, social media oversight, team leadership, performance tracking, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategic planning and market positioning.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in team leadership, management, and staff development.
  • Strong understanding of performance management and reporting, including KPIs.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and event-based initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and relationship management.
  • Knowledge of Marketing SOPs for operational consistency and compliance.
  • Experience with cold calling and client outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and client needs.
  • Develop strategies to enhance brand recognition, awareness, and loyalty.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, print, and event-based initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct cold calling and outreach to prospective clients as needed.
  • Oversee the social media team and their content strategy and execution.
  • Oversee mobile team development, scheduling, and growth initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Lead the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of in-house marketing staff to ensure consistent performance, brand alignment, and adherence to departmental processes.
  • Coordinate with team leads and representatives to ensure KPIs are being met across all roles.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly performance updates and comprehensive monthly progress reports for in-house marketers.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies.
  • Follow all Marketing SOPs to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
