About The Position

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their needs with professionalism and care. You'll handle inbound and/or outbound calls, providing timely and accurate information, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software.

Nice To Haves

  • Call center experience is highly preferred.
  • HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other service-based industry experience is a plus.
  • Service Titan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist customers with their HVAC and plumbing needs, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify customer requests and concerns to provide the most effective solution.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer service.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
