About The Position

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Call Center Specialist for their Call Center located in White Center, near Seattle, WA. This role is for customer service-oriented candidates who are bilingual in English/Spanish. The specialist will be responsible for processing inbound calls, greeting patients and the public in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, and relaying messages to the appropriate department. The position involves making medical appointments and contacting patients via phone on behalf of Sea Mar. Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization.

Requirements

  • Maintains professionalism and the willingness to help others at all times
  • Ability to make independent decisions quickly when necessary
  • Sound problem solving skills and the ability to be diplomatic in the face of adversity
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, handles calls quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to multi-task and properly use basic office software
  • Must be bilingual in English/Spanish

Nice To Haves

  • C.N.A or Medical Assistant preferred

Responsibilities

  • Processing inbound calls
  • Greeting patients and the public in an enjoyable, friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • Taking and relaying messages to the appropriate department
  • Making medical appointments
  • Contacting patients via phone on behalf of Sea Mar
  • Screening and assessing incoming calls in a timely manner
  • Answering incoming telephone calls within 3 rings or less
