Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (retail, financial, sales, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and professional service across a high volume of calls
  • Resolve customer issues while creating a positive experience every interaction
  • Navigate multiple systems to research and respond to inquiries
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information
  • Contribute to team performance goals and service standards
