ImageCare Radiology Seeking Several Full-Time Call Center Schedulers and Part-Time Call Center Schedulers for our Hackettstown office. All new hires are required to attend first-day orientation at our Mount Olive office before reporting to their assigned work location or training site. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION This role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service while efficiently managing appointment scheduling, patient communications, and account updates. Ensure a smooth and professional experience by addressing inquiries, coordinating imaging appointments, and supporting patients through the scheduling and preparation process.

Requirements

  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
  • ABILITY TO COMMUTE/RELOCATE Hackettstown, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
  • Flu Vaccination & Proof of MMR Requirement : It is ImageCare's Company Policy that all personnel must be vaccinated with the MMR and the yearly flu shot.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incomings calls from customers and assist them with their needs over the phone
  • Assist in setting appointments for patients and doctor's offices either through inbound or outbound calls
  • Gathers information related to customers’ concerns and provides appropriate resolution
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by updating account information
  • Escalate customer concerns that are critical or requires immediate resolution beyond agent capability
  • Process orders received electronically or over the phone with the patient
  • Call patients to update them with their upcoming scheduled procedures including clinical preparations
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
