About The Position

This entry-level role serves as the “Virtual Front Office” for a host of outpatient physician practices in the Indianapolis area. To be successful in this position, you must be dependable and consistent in your attendance and timeliness. The opportunity to work hybrid and/or remote in the role is available after training and performance expectations are met, which is a minimum of 30 days. Onsite location is at 250 N. Shadeland Ave with hours between 7am-5pm, no weekends or holidays.

Requirements

  • Dependability and consistency in attendance and timeliness.
  • Ability to multi-task and utilize multiple screens and programs.
  • Exceptional values-based customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Minimum internet speed requirements of 20 MG download and 10 MB Upload for remote work.
  • Working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance.
  • High level of interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
  • Ability to take initiative and meet objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the “Virtual Front Office” for outpatient physician practices.

  • Submit proof of internet speed test meeting minimum requirements for remote work.
  • Utilize multiple screens and programs.
