About The Position

ECCO Group USA is looking for call center sales agents for Sirius XM. The role involves calling customers whose Sirius XM radio free trials have expired and offering them promotional rates to continue their services. This is a call center sales position requiring individuals with experience who can effectively communicate the program's value and handle rebuttals.

Requirements

• Computer with Windows 12 or higher.
• 50 download/10 upload internet speed.
• 128GB of storage and 20GB of free space on computer.
• 8GB of RAM installed on computer.
• Ethernet cord connection to router (no WiFi).
• USB headset with volume control, mute button, and microphone.
• Webcam.
• 100% attendance required (no missed time in first 2 weeks).
• Background check may be required.
