About The Position

ECCO Group USA is looking for call center sales agents for Sirius XM. The role involves calling customers whose Sirius XM radio free trials have expired and offering them promotional rates to continue their services. This is a call center sales position requiring individuals with experience who can effectively communicate the program's importance and handle rebuttals.

Requirements

• Computer with Windows 11 or higher.
• 50 download/10 upload internet speed.
• No Chromebooks, Winbooks, or Macs allowed.
• 128GB of storage and 20GB of free space on computer.
• 8GB of RAM installed on computer.
• Ethernet Cord - must be hardwired into router.
• Not able to work on WIFI.
• USB Headset with volume control, mute button, and microphone.
• Webcam required.
• 100% attendance required (no missed time in first 2 weeks).
• Background check may be required.
