OnPoint CX Solutions is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Call Center Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 8 sales agents in our Henderson office. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys driving results, developing talent, and building high-performing sales teams. You'll work directly with agents on the sales floor, providing coaching, call support, and real-time feedback while helping your team achieve and exceed sales goals. As our company continues to expand, supervisors have the opportunity to grow their teams and earn additional expansion-based bonuses tied to team development and performance.
