About The Position

Davidson's, an industry-leading firearms distributor with 90 years of innovation, is seeking a Call Center Sales Manager to join their team in Prescott, Arizona. This role is responsible for guiding Sales Coaches and Account Executives to achieve sales goals through effective sales methodology, identifying opportunities, and nurturing customer relationships. The manager will also mentor the sales team, develop strategic plans based on data and market trends, and operate within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is an on-site position.

Requirements

Superior skills in the analysis and interpretation of regional sales and market data
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software systems
Five (5) or more years of related business-to-business sales management experience
An advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office

Knowledge of the firearms and the firearms industry including retail firearms sales experience
Broad experience in business-to-business sales environments
Flexible approach with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
A superior ability to communicate professionally and effectively to all levels of the organization and customers

Responsibilities

Mentoring and motivating Account Executives and Sales Coaches towards goal achievement while fostering a culture of growth and teamwork
Leading morning sales meetings with the Account Executives by discussing current sales promotions, effective strategies, market and product awareness, and providing performance feedback
Overseeing the management of our key customer accounts
