Position Overview As an integral member of the Sales Management Team, the Call Center Sales Manager will be responsible for directing our Sales Coaches and our teams of Account Executives to meet their goals by delivering our sales methodology, recognizing selling opportunities and buying clues, and developing and nurturing long-term customer relationships. You will also work alongside our Sales Coaches to mentor and motivate our Account Executives. Additionally, you will help guide the Sales Management Team in developing strategic plans based on metrics, business data, and market trends. We operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position can be located in one of our three call centers located in Prescott, Arizona; Greensboro, North Carolina; or Chapin, South Carolina. This position requires your presence onsite and is not remote.
