About The Position

OneTouch Direct is hiring a full-time Call Center Sales and Customer Support Agent in Tampa, Florida, to support T-Mobile. The role focuses on delivering customer service and generating sales through inbound and outbound calls and chat inquiries with prospective and existing customers. Agents identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products and services, document interactions and sales activity, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The position offers a 40-hour-per-week schedule, competitive hourly pay, uncapped bonuses, and opportunities for overtime. Training includes classroom instruction and one-on-one support.

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced sales environment.
Comfort using computer systems and multitasking during calls.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
