As an Agent Call Transfer, you'll be the first point of contact for guests who have been transferred calls from our partners, offering them discounted vacation packages. Your primary goal will be to engage and excite these guests, ultimately converting them into sales. Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on sales.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Proven sales experience or a track record of success in a sales-focused role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A positive and energetic attitude, with a passion for customer service.
  • Must have the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and screens simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for guests who have been transferred calls from our partners, offering them discounted vacation packages.
  • Engage and excite these guests, ultimately converting them into sales.
  • Work during highest call volume times to maximize earning potential.
