High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

Previous sales or call center experience preferred, especially with Verizon or telecommunications industry.
further education is a plus.

Responsibilities

Handling inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing Verizon business customers.
Effectively communicating Verizon's products and services to meet customers’ requirements.
Identifying sales opportunities and closing deals through consultative selling techniques.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborating with the team to consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
