About The Position

This is a hybrid position requiring the candidate to live in the Miami, FL area. The role involves joining an established organization with a competitive base salary plus incentives. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered. The position focuses on renewing/extending memberships for existing members, upgrading them to preferred status, reinstating delinquent memberships, and offering Club Interval to non-members (timeshare owners), all while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

Minimum of two years telephone sales experience.
Knowledgeable and maintain current knowledge about all new and existing membership programs and benefits.
Computer literate.
Once trained, must be able to successfully navigate all functions of the Predictive Dialer.
Excellent customer skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.
Excellent negotiating and sales skills.
Must be able to work shifts.

Responsibilities

Call members who need their memberships renewed.
Call members who want to upgrade membership or to encourage them to upgrade membership.
Call members whose membership has become delinquent to reinstate their membership.
Call existing resort owners from an existing solicitation file.
Perform all necessary duties to process membership renewals, upgrades, and reinstatement of delinquent membership duties such as sending out letters, etc.
Answer questions on all Interval International products and exchanges.
Meet monthly renewal goals based upon assigned working area.
Meet monthly Preferred goals based upon assigned working area.
Maintain a minimum of 90% performance on call monitoring.
Perform other related duties as required.
