We are looking for highly professional and organized Call Center Agent for our fast-paced business. The primary function of the Call Center Agent is to manage incoming and out bound calls. OB call booking will pay a 5 per booked call with looking to book 10 calls a day. Call Center Agent will drive new appointments by organize, prioritize and equally divide customer orders to available Field Technicians. May handle service calls from fielding inquiries, addressing customer questions. Utilizes customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing service and products. Follows company training to ensure prompt and accurate of outbound calls. This position is aware of the importance of Field Technician incentive programs and ensures fair and equitable distribution as well as proper documentation of work.

Requirements

  • 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Office, computers, and phones.
  • Strong communication skills, including a pleasant phone demeanor.
  • Knowledge of Service Titan Software Platform.
  • Practical experience in and understanding of the methodology behind efficient dispatching practices.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
  • Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outbound calls.
  • Book outbound calls, aiming for 10 calls per day, with a commission of $5 per booked call.
  • Drive new appointments by organizing, prioritizing, and dividing customer orders among available Field Technicians.
  • Handle service calls, including fielding inquiries and addressing customer questions.
  • Educate and assist customers in choosing services and products using customer service training.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate outbound calls following company training.
  • Maintain awareness of Field Technician incentive programs, ensuring fair distribution and proper documentation.
  • Work with technicians to ensure high customer satisfaction and technical correctness of completed jobs.
  • Utilize phone, cell phone, text, email, and internet at a high level of expertise.
