You will answer phone calls for various office locations, help patients with concerns, and schedule their 6-month hygiene appointments. Requirements
- Strong foundation in computer navigation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline.
- Good telephone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.

- Bilingual: Spanish preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Appointment Scheduling: Contact and schedule appointments for our patients.
- Customer Support: Answer incoming calls and assist patients with their concerns.
- Efficient Navigation: Navigate through multiple computer programs simultaneously.
